Environmental rehabilitation through the enhancement of integrated solid waste management 

The complainant alleges that UNDP is constructing a solid waste management facility on land contrary to local law, without the proper permits, and in a location that would have negative environmental impacts. The complainant further alleges economic harms will result to him, his family, and his workers when the new plant is operational.
